AI Will Become A Coach

The idea that AI will take over from coaches is probably untrue and it’s nothing to do with coaching, soft skills, empathy, compassion. It’s to do with the idea that all of these assumptions are based on an economic model where we use traditional economics in that people try and maximise utility and minimise cost. That’s just not something that we see play out in the modern world. Also, the assumption is it’s a lack of information and a lack of access to information for people, and that’s also not the case. AI will give people more information than ever but will put the onus on them being able to ask the right questions in order to unlock that information, which the public is showing they’re not very good at.
