Don't Copy This

I have long been advocating for people sharing more of their ideas and I will continue to do so.

And yes, I think Instagram stories are a great place to do that - Hence why I’ve been doing this every day for the past three months.

However, I don’t want coaches thinking that the answer is to talk about more stuff.

I talk about really varied topics because as a coach, there are lots of things that you probably should be considering.

That’s why I can talk about productivity, branding, psychology, customer experience

Because I have an audience that needs exposure to all of that and I’m interested in all of it

Plus, I help with all of it in different capacities.

Coaches building ideas-based businesses need to see how the pieces connect.

Your audience probably doesn’t need that.

If you’re talking about nutrition and mindset and training and sleep and stress and loads of other things, that’s breadth - which is not necessarily the same as variety.

What they need is the same core ideas, but approached in lots of different ways.

Stories that illustrate it

A stat that proves it

An opinion that challenges them

An idea that reframes what they already know.

The same topics, but multiple entry points.
