How To Stop 'leakage'

Leakage is a term they use in Big Brother

When a contestant starts, they often will try and pretend to be someone that they’re not

But this is hard to sustain over time, and so the ‘real them’ starts to ‘leak out’

Which makes them look worse to the audience, as they come across fake and inauthentic

We see the same with coaches online

They try and be several different things, often just diluted versions of the ‘bigger names’ in the industry

I say diluted versions, because little bits of them creep in and then they’re neither being themselves OR that person they’re trying to be

The solution is to be authentically you - but that requires knowing what you believe, and sharing that regularly
