Nowhere To Hide

I was at an amazing fitness event at the weekend

There were a variety of hosts and panel members

(I was invited to jump on a Q&A panel about nutrition information - I’ll share another thought on this tomorrow)

What I love about speaking and being on a panel?

The vulnerability of it

You can’t hide behind viral hooks

You’re not scripting your answers like you’re making a reel

There’s no trending audio

You live and die by your ability to communicate information that is relevant, in a way that is interesting and captivating.

(Here’s to hoping that’s what I managed to do!)

If coaches spent more time and energy on having opinions that would hold a room?

They wouldn’t need to spend as much time keeping up with the algorithm and dancing around to try and hold attention
