Your Ideas Are Hypotheses

Slide 1 (Hook): Your ideas are not plans.

They are hypotheses.

Slide 2: Most coaches treat their business strategy like a commitment.

They pick a niche, build a programme, design a funnel — and then defend it like their identity depends on it.

Slide 3: When Italian startup founders were taught to treat strategies as theories rather than convictions, they generated over $12,000 in revenue within a year.

The control group? Under $300.

Slide 4: The difference was not intelligence. It was not resources.

It was the willingness to be wrong.

Slide 5: When your strategy is a conviction, pivoting feels like losing.

When your strategy is a hypothesis, pivoting is just updating the model.

Slide 6: The formula is simple:

“I believe [this] will [produce that].”

Now test it. For a defined period. With a defined metric.

Slide 7: You do not need a perfect plan.

You need a tiny experiment with a clear outcome.

“I will post daily for 30 days and track DMs.”

That is a hypothesis. Now you have data that did not exist before.

Slide 8: Most coaches are sitting on untested assumptions dressed up as strategy.

The ones who grow fastest are the ones who treat every quarter like a lab — not a performance.

Slide 9: Your strategy is not your identity.

It is your current best guess.

Treat it like one.
